Windscreens and repairs
Windscreen and privacy screen installed on court fences, plus repairs to sagging fabric, bent posts and gates.
What to think about first
- Height. Court fences are taller than yard fences, which affects post size, footing depth and wind load. Tall fences may need a permit, so we check the site's rules first.
- Wind load. Windscreen turns a fence into a sail. Posts and footings have to be sized for it, or the screen comes down in the first chinook.
- Existing surface. On an existing court, posts may need to go through or beside the slab. We assess it at the site visit.
- Black or galvanized. Black vinyl-coated chain link is easier on the eyes for play and looks cleaner. Galvanized costs less.
Common questions
Do you build the court surface too?
We do the fencing, gates and screens. For the surface, we can work alongside your court-surfacing contractor.
Can you fence a backyard court?
Yes. We'll check height rules for your property and plan the fence so it works for you and the neighbours.
Can you add pickleball dividers to a tennis court?
Yes. Divider fencing is a common way to split one tennis court into pickleball courts.
